Zack Dale is the Premier Division Player of the Year for 2017/18, with his performances for Barnoldswick Town consistently amongst the best of all Premier Division players.
The tricky midfielder, who is in his second season at Barnoldswick and who has previously played for Silsden, Colne and Nelson in the league, played 48 times this season for and only missed two games, strangely both of those coming against City of Liverpool! In games Zack played, Barnoldswick won 24, drew 4 and lost 20, scoring 104 and conceding 83.
Zack found the net 34 times this season, which saw him finish in fifth place in the leading goalscorers table, with his goal ratio of 1.4 being the fourth best in the Premier Division.
In each league game played, the opposition selects a Man of the Match with Zack collecting more Man of the Match awards than any other Premier Division player. He picked up five in October and five in April, and was awarded it 18 times this season.
Zack's disciplinary record was also exemplary this season, picking up just one yellow card and no red cards in those 48 games played.
