he final Saturday games of the season produced plenty of goals and two Division One play off finalists, with Whitchurch Alport and Cammell Laird earning their places in a showdown play off final at Yockings Park this coming Thursday night.

A goal from Joe Cuff sealed a 1-0 win for Whitchurch Alport over Sandbach United at Yockings Park, and a terrific second half display from Cammell Laird 1907 saw them through to a 4-1 win at Prestwich Heys, with Thomas Mitchell, Joe Malkin, Matthew Carlin and Daniel Cross on target for Lairds.

There were four games in the Premier Division, and 1874 Northwich ended their busy season in 7th place, after they earned a pioint from a 1-1 draw against landlords Winsford United.

Samuel Howell gave the Blues a 44th minute lead, but Taylor Kennerley rescued a point for 1874 with an 89th minute equaliser.

1874 end the season level on points with Charnock Richard, who lost 5-3 at West Didsbury & Chorlton.

The game burst into life in the second half after the sides were tied 1-1 at the break, Joseph Shaw scoring twice for West while Carl Grimshaw grabebd his 51st goal of the season for Charnock.
In manager Danny Craig's last game in charge, Barnoldswick Town lost 3-1 at home to Ashton Athletic, a result that means Barlick finish the season in 9th place with the Yellows nine points behind in 12th.  Dale Korie-Butler scored twice for Athletic.

Irlam finish in 13th place after two goals apiece from Connor Martin and Haydn Foulds earned them a 4-0 win at AFC Darwen.

In the First Division there were three games, and AFC Blackpool ended their season in style with a 9-2 win over FC Oswestry Town at the Mechanics Ground.

Carnan Dawson scored four and Ben Duffield and Jack Williams both scored twice for the Seasiders.

Carlisle City ended the season in 11th place with two goals from Aaron Bradbury helping them to a 3-2 win at New Mills.

Bacup Borough continued their good end of season form with a 2-0 home win over Abbey Hulton United.  Matthew Bryan was presented with the Division one player of the month award for April before the game, and put Bacup in the 14th minute, with Louis Holding adding a second 12 minutes from time.
