Town organise Sixes football tournament

St Helens Town and Pilkington FC have teamed up with the Liverpool County FA to host a Sixes Football tournament as part of the St Helens Council Sports Festival in July.
The first St Helens Town FC and Pilkington FC Sixes Festival will take place on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th July 2017.
The tournament, organised in association with the Liverpool County FA, will be running Open Age, Youth (U16s - U18s for 2017/18 season) & Women’s six-a-side tournaments will be an integral part of the 2017 St Helens Sports Festival taking place on Ruskin Drive Sports Ground.
Saturday 8th July 10.30am - Open Age and Women’s tournaments
Sunday 9th July 10.30am - Youth tournament
All games will take place at the brand new Ruskin Drive 3G stadium and all pitches will be marked out prior to the competitions to FA specifications. Experienced, qualified FA referees will be provided for all matches & FA small sided rules will apply. All teams will progress from group stages into either the Cup or Plate quarter-finals.
Toilets, bar, hot and cold food and drinks all available within the Sportsground and extensive parking is available on site.
The cost of entry is £45 per team (max 9 players - players may only play for one team throughout the tournament). A discount to £80 is offered for two entries from the same club in any one tournament.
Entry is strictly limited to the first 16 paid up applications received for each tournament; for this reason please return the application form as soon as possible.
