Silsden have announced that manager James Gill has left the club.
A club statement siad:
"It is with regret that following a run of disappointing league results and our current league position, Silsden Football Club have decided to release James Gill as their first team manager with immediate effect.
"The club would like to place on record and thank James for his tireless work both on and off the field. During his time in charge, he has made a massive contribution and improvement to the team. However, it is unfortunate his efforts have not materialised in the results he deserved.
"James goes with the club's best wishes for the future".
The club has also announced that Danny Forrest has accepted the role of first team manager and will take over first team duties. Danny, who is 32, joined the club last year, and earlier in his career made 50 Football League appearances with Bradford City, scoring five goals.
